A shallow investigation was carried out by GEA using unobtrusive equipment to enable the design of this lightly loaded structure.

The new building contains a state of the art rowing tank that closely mimics actual river conditions, permitting on-site training throughout the year regardless of the weather. The building was designed by Mulroy architects and was a winner in the ‘Design through Innovation’ category for the RICS Awards 2016.
