Contaminated land assessment

Jack Deaney

BSc FGS
Senior Geotechnical Engineer

After gaining a degree in physical geography and geology from Plymouth University, Jack spent three years working for a large consultancy and carried out a number of ground movement assessments for the Bank Station upgrade in Central London.

Jack joined us in 2015 and has been involved with a number of interesting projects in London and the Home Counties. His work has included a number of detailed ground movement analyses, including the prediction of the likely heave / settlement movements for a large basement scheme in north London. He is currently working on a complex ground investigation adjacent to the River Thames in Wandsworth and providing pile design and construction advice on a complex basement development in central London.
