GEA is pleased to have supported two projects shortlisted for the prestigious AJ Architecture Awards 2026, working alongside long-standing client Price & Myers.
Three Price & Myers projects have been shortlisted for this year’s awards, including Tullie House Museum in Carlisle and Quintin Boat House, both of which benefited from GEA’s geotechnical and environmental expertise.
Tullie House Museum, Carlisle
Located in the historic centre of Carlisle, Tullie House presented particular challenges due to the archaeological sensitivity of the site. GEA provided desk study and ground investigation services to support the project, with archaeology an important consideration throughout the investigation.
Quintin Boat House
At Quintin Boat House, GEA provided desk study, ground investigation and remediation services, supporting the project through its various stages.
The AJ Architecture Awards recognise excellence in UK architecture, celebrating outstanding projects and the teams behind them.
