Freddie is currently studying Engineering Geology at the University of Portsmouth and joined GEA in August 2026 for his year in industry placement.

Since joining GEA, Freddie has been involved in a range of projects across London and the Southeast, gaining invaluable experience both on-site and in the office. Under the supervision of other engineers, his work has included ground investigations, monitoring and contributing to technical report writing.

He is eager to expand his knowledge in the geotechnical sector and gain a deeper understanding of the industry through hands on experience.
