The Completion Report is the final critical part of the development process, detailing the remediation carried out on a contaminated site, presenting all of our observations and tests and giving our clear and unequivocal opinion on the post-remediation condition of the site. This report allows our clients to demonstrate to interested third parties that, where required, remediation has been carried out in the appropriate manner.

In addition to the Completion Report we can provide a one page summary of the work carried out in the form of a Land Quality Statement. This simple and concise record of the remediation process has been found to be particularly useful by housebuilders when responding to enquiries from purchasers’ solicitors.
