Whilst
we are happy to be contacted at any stage of a project and
are often commissioned to solely provide a properly designed
and interpreted ground investigation and report, we have also
demonstrated to our clients that there is an essential role
for us throughout the construction phase, or at least until
the building is "out of the ground". Particularly
on sites with complex foundation and / or contamination issues,
this ongoing role adds value and protects the client from
delays associated with, for example, potential conflicts between
remediation and structural support requirements.
Our service can be broken down into
a number of components, which can be provided separately or
as a complete package of development solutions.
